Sarah shares her story with us…
Which came first, photography or a career as a park ranger?
“Photography came into my life before I was a park ranger,” says Sarah. “I actually got a paper route when I was about 12 or 13 just so I could afford to buy my first camera.”
Sarah continued taking photos after she became a park ranger. Her love of photography and being outdoors exploring nature go hand in hand.
“Photography has so many specialties—especially with digital—so, there’s always a new way to keep learning and pushing the craft.”
Although Sarah’s initial foray into photography wasn’t motivated by making money, she’s discovering there are several ways she can transition her passion into an income.
Listen in to see how she breaks down all the big projects into smaller tasks, sets goals and works out her plans that are certain to lead her down the path to success.
